Dr Manjunath Ganga Shetty is an alumnus of Mysore Medical College with an extensive career in neonatal and paediatric medicine. Dr Manjunath G have worked in various centres in United Kingdom including Guys and St Thomas Hospitals, Bristol Children and Neonatal Hospitals, University Hospitals of Dorset and University Hospitals of Plymouth.
Dr Manjunath have obtained more than 20 years of dedicated experience in Paediatrics and Neonatology, specialising in caring for extremely preterm infants, critically ill neonates and unwell children. Dr Manjunath have been a faculty member of RCPCH run ‘Cardiology for Neonatologist’ course. He has regularly taught in study days and practical courses of ‘Echocardiography course for Neonatologist and Paediatrician’, Neonatal POCUS (Point of Care UltraSound). Dr Manjunath is a faculty member for ‘Newborn Vietnam’, organisation to train neonatal doctors in Vietnam to improve neonatal care and has earned lot of accolades from the doctors and programme director.
Dr Manjunath as a passionate medical educator has been the lead for medical and postgraduate trainees in neonatal unit. He is a faculty and director of ‘Newborn Life Support course, RCUK’. He is a faculty member of ‘ARNI RCUK’ (Advanced Resuscitation of the Newborn Infant, Resuscitation Council of UK). Dr Manjunath is an examiner for MRCPCH. He has presented in many regional and international meetings.
